I did find conflicting information on the Honda website. Once you get your number, you are able to record that number on the Honda Ownerlink website for future use. If you aren't registered, there is an 800 number for Honda Customer Assistance. If you are registered with the Honda Ownerlink website, you should be able to get your code. Once you have the serial number, you enter it into the website along with the VIN, your phone number, and your zip code. Ignore the U and L and record all 8 digits. The display toggles between two screens: U with the first 4 digits of the serial number (U2200 for example,)Īnd L with the last 4 digits of the serial number (L0055 for example.)ĥ.
